A graduate of UCLA Law School, Steve has written extensively for the legal community on the child-custody rights of gay and lesbian parents and other human rights issues. His reviews and articles have recently appeared in the Gay and Lesbian Review Worldwide and The White Crane Journal. He volunteers on the staff of the Squaw Valley Community of Writers.
In 2007 Steve’s imprint, Moving Finger Press, released his brainchild, Return to the Caffe Cino, an anthology of revolutionary off-off Broadway plays that won that year’s Lambda Literary Foundation book award for drama.Steve practices law in San Francisco, specializing in the needs of people with life-threatening conditions.
